The time span of the warranty will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer; as the original owner of a new product from Bunk Bed Buy you can expect coverage on your purchase ranging from months, years, or even lifetime of the product.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and Vendor inspection of the item less any restock fee. Return shipping costs, and shipping costs included in the product price like "Free" Shipping. Products that were Customized orders, assembled, modified or excluded for return by manufacturers cannot be returned.

Your Product will be shipped with regular ground shipping or Freight delivery(Curbside Delivery) which means your product will be shipped and arrive via a large truck. Freight delivery is used when the size and/or weight of the product is too large to ship using small package carriers (UPS, FedEx).The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 -7 business days from the time of order. (Not including pre-ship time) for any destination in the United States. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. If a signature is required the product will not be left at the address.
